A 40-year-old woman with past history of breast augmentation experienced unwanted, uni-lateral additional increase of beast volume followed by pain in her left breast.

Final diagnosis
Histology has been obtained and revealed pleural mesothelioma. Interestingly there was no known history of exposure to asbestos and no typical changes of the pleura.
