
59 y-o man who underwent 1 month earlier coronary bypass surgery. Subsequent large bilateral pleural effusion with spontaneous relief.
Frontal chest radiograph. Right and left sulcus are obliterated. Ill-defined linear opacities in Right and Left hemithoraces. Pleural thickening mainly on the left hemithorax.
Lateral view.Posterior round mass (star) abutting the right chest wall with radiating opacities. Posterior sulcus obliterated.

Round atelectasis of the right lung. Bilateral fibrous changes of pleura with characteristic crowfeet appearance and transpulmonary nonseptal lines. Complete regression observed 6 month later.
